Southeastern Grocers - - Responsibilities:
Creates an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important and appreciated to help build and retain loyalty.;
Ensures the department is merchandised per plan and maintains at shelf product availability, freshness, inventory levels, and price signage.;
Maintains inventory awareness, reports discrepancies, and ensures product quality and correct temperature controls.;
Adheres to safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements (USDA, COOL, DOA) and promptly handles recalls.;
Promotes teamwork, communicates information, and ensures wage-and-hour policies and safety training are followed.
