The agribusiness industry is the backbone of many communities across Minnesota and South Dakota. Our clients include farmer cooperatives, grain elevators, and other agricultural organizations that play a vital role in supporting producers and rural economies.

We are looking for an experienced auditor who understands the importance of these businesses and the people behind them. As a Senior Audit Associate/Audit Senior, you will take an active leadership role in audit engagements from planning through completion. This position offers significant autonomy and client interaction, allowing you to make an immediate impact.

• Leading audit fieldwork and managing engagement progress.
• Working directly with clients to understand their operations and address audit-related matters.
• Applying professional judgment to resolve complex accounting and auditing issues.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen client relationships.
• Working independently in the field and confidently managing engagements when managers or partners are not on-site.
• Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members.

You may be the ideal candidate if you:

• Have 3+ years of public accounting audit experience and can confidently lead audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Enjoy taking ownership of your work and managing engagement responsibilities independently.
• Thrive in client-facing environments and excel at building trusted relationships.
• Bring curiosity, critical thinking, and sound professional judgment to every engagement.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service.
• Are comfortable traveling to client locations throughout Minnesota and South Dakota.
• Have a genuine interest in agriculture and the businesses that support the industry.

Agribusiness audit experience is a plus but not required. Experience growing up on a farm, working in agriculture, or simply having a strong understanding of the agricultural industry is highly valued.
