Description for Customer Service Representative/Teller:

Citizens Bank Minnesota, Main Office, is looking for a high performing full time Customer Service Representative/Teller who has great attention to detail to take care of our clients in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for Delivering the Ultimate Experience by developing positive relationships with new and existing clients, while excelling in a variety of responsibilities. • Processing of daily financial transactions
• Researching and resolving client questions
• Balancing Cash Drawer
• Promoting Products
• Opening new accounts
• Seeking optimal solutions for client satisfaction
• Demonstrate proficiency in performing tasks in both the drive thru and the lobby
• Participate in the Saturday morning drive-thru rotation

• High School diploma or equivalent
