Long-Term Substitute Vocal Music Teacher Grades 5-8

The instructor will be responsible for teaching 5th and 6th grade general music and the 5th-8th grade choirs. Background in vocal music preferred. The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of the subject matter, classroom management techniques, and the belief that all students can attain high levels of learning. Possess the knowledge and skills to build effective educational experiences that benefit all students.

Start date as agreed upon; tentative dates are August 24 - November 24, 2026. Position offers a starting wage of $282.17 - $475.68 per day, based on education and experience. There is no benefit package offered with this position. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
