The health assistant works with the school nurse providing first aid for sick or injured students, assists with hearing and vision screening, and helps with programs to ensure the standards of care throughout the district are met. It is recommended the candidate have an educational background in the health field. This position offers a flexible schedule. Schedule/work hours vary depending on the school district's need.

Position offers a wage of $19.44 per hour. There is no benefits package with this position.
