Speech Pathologist
Speech/Language Pathologist/Teacher
This position provides diagnostic assessment and screening of speech and language services for all school-age children. Additional duties include creating and implementing individualized learning plans in coordination with regular education teachers and parents. This position is also responsible for completing accurate paperwork including documentation of all assessments and progress of each student. The speech teacher interprets student progress and routinely communicates with parents and the IEP team to share student progress toward their goals, as well as strengths, weaknesses and/or programs.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a MN Teacher License as an Educational Speech and Language Pathologist
- Work collaboratively with other team members and parents
- Prior experience in a school setting is beneficial
- Understanding and experience in utilizing instructional best practices to engage students in academic, social, and emotional learning
- Possess skills in written and oral communications

As agreed upon; 2026-27 School Year; 2.5 Days per week
Compensation Package:
Position offers a starting salary of $26,100.50 - $44,000.50, based on education and experience. Additionally, a supplemental benefit package is available that includes health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 403b retirement plan.
