• Lead capital engineering projects that support growth, cost reduction, EHS improvement, and equipment/facility renewal.
• Lead cross-functional teams including electrical, facilities, design, technical experts, and operations to deliver project expectations.
• Apply project engineering fundamentals – scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, communication, financial analysis – to deliver the best outcome for 3M.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or Technical Diploma from an accredited institute and five years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution and three years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Optional: five years of combined experience in capital equipment and/or facilities project management in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Prior experience with webline, extrusion, material handling, or inspection equipment.
• Team player with ability to contribute in a matrix environment.
• Proficient user of typical business, office, and technical software for spreadsheet computation and project presentation/scheduling.

Travel:
May include up to 25% domestic/international.

Expected compensation range: $124,127 – $151,710, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
