Key Position DetailsAs a licensed therapist at New Ulm Medical Center, you’ll collaborate with primary care, specialty providers, and community resources to deliver coordinated, whole-person care. Job Description- See patients across the lifespan
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams
- Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual, family, and group therapy)
- Engage patients’ social supports to improve functioning and outcomes
- Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed
- Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable

Required Qualifications- Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work, upon hire
- MN DHS Mental Health Professional
- MN § 245I.04, Subd 2-3
- Licenses/Certifications
- Licensed Ind Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire
- Must meet at least ONE of the following requirements:
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or current BLS certification from the American Red Cross or Allina in-house BLS training (within 180 days of hire)
Sedentary:
Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently

PayRange
Pay Range: $105,000 to $120,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Allina Health is committed to adhering with all applicable local, state and federal minimum wage requirements.
