Responsibilities
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless machine learning model deployment and automated testing.
- Deploy machine learning models as scalable APIs and microservices, ensuring they meet clinical performance standards.
- Implement monitoring tools to track model performance and system health in production environments.
- Design and optimize ETL processes to transform healthcare data into actionable datasets for model training.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate machine learning outputs into core healthcare applications.
- Write clean, maintainable code and engage in code reviews to uphold system reliability.
- Utilize containerization tools to securely manage ML workloads across various environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in software or data engineering, with a focus on machine learning production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with SQL; knowledge of a compiled language is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers and containerization technologies.
- Experience with ML libraries and MLOps tools.
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks and deploying Large Language Models.
- Understanding of API design and microservices architecture.
