Description

  • 1. Administer SharePoint sites, including user permissions, content management, governance, site structure.
  • 2. Design, develop, maintain, and support automated workflows and business processes across the bank's systems and applications, including core banking platforms, SharePoint, Power Automate, and third-party business solutions, to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • 3. Design and maintain SharePoint libraries, lists, pages, and metadata to support departmental processes and documentation needs.
  • 4. Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software, including operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, banking applications, printers, and other peripherals.
  • 5. Install, configure, and maintain new hardware and software across the organization.
  • 6. Administer users, groups, and security permissions through Active Directory, Office 365, and other platforms.
  • 7. Monitor antivirus alerts and ensure timely remediation of identified threats.
  • 8. Perform vulnerability assessments and manage patch deployment to maintain system security.
  • 9. Provide basic systems and network support, including monitoring connectivity, assisting with light firewall and switch tasks, and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • 10. Image and deploy computers using standardized procedures.
  • 11. Install and configure scanners for Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) customers, ensuring proper functionality and integration with banking systems.
Requirements
  • 1. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally while assisting users in person, over the phone, or through remote support tools.
  • 2. Ability to follow technical documentation, procedures, and setup instructions accurately.
  • 3. Basic understanding of PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and common software applications.
  • 4. Familiarity with Office 365 tools, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and One Drive.
  • 5. Basic knowledge of SharePoint administration concepts such as permissions, site structure, and simple workflow tools like Power Automate.
  • 6. Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, Wi-Fi, and cabling.
  • 7. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • 8. Customer-service mindset with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • 9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing technology needs.
  • 10. Awareness of cybersecurity best practices, including safe password use, MFA, and identifying phishing attempts.
