** Senior Team Leader, Production

* * The Production Team Leader at our New Ulm, MN facility is responsible for leading a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. This role involves coordinating daily production activities, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that production goals are met. The Production Team Leader will also play a key role in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
** Your key responsibilities
*** Lead, mentor, and support a team of production workers to achieve production targets.
* Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on production schedules and priorities
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
* Ensure that production processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
* Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
* Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.

** You bring
*** High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment or similar industry is preferred.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in production management software and tools.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
** The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $ per hour.
