Spec Sys is seeking a Fabrication and Machinist Lead to supervise daily fabrication operations in our Minnesota facility. You will need strong blueprint reading, CNC/NC programming, and the ability to lead a team while maintaining safety and quality.
We offer a flexible schedule with 4 10-hour shifts and 5 8-hour shifts, starting salary range $26 - $39 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and training opportunities in a rural Midwest setting.
