We are hiring Production Assemblers for our Inserting, Connecting, and Varnish departments. These are hands-on manufacturing roles focused on precision assembly, wiring, forming, and finishing of electric motor components. You will work in a structured, team-based production environment where quality, consistency, and attention to detail matter every single day.

Responsibilities
- Perform wire-to-wire and wire-to-lead electrical connections
- Solder and insulate components
- Shape and lace motor coils
- Follow electrical assembly standards and quality procedures
- Inspect parts to meet aerospace manufacturing tolerances
- Follow written work instructions and quality procedures
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Use basic computer systems for inventory and documentation
- Follow PPE and safety requirements
- Support team-based production environment
- Meet production standards while maintaining high quality
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures
- Comfort using hand tools and working with small components
- Basic computer and math skills
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes
Experience That Sets You Apart
- 6+ months in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Experience with soldering, wiring, or electrical components
- Familiarity with IPC standards (J-STD-001, J-STD-001ES, IPC-A-610) is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or GED required

Salary
Description:
$18 - $22 starting pay per hour DOQ
We are committed to providing pay ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The listed pay range is provided in good faith and is subject to adjustments in accordance with company policies and market conditions.
This position is eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program based on company performance goals. Bonus payouts are not guaranteed and are determined at the company's discretion.
