Spec Sys is seeking an Assembly Lead to supervise daily assembly operations in our rural Midwest facility. You will identify efficient assembly sequences, approve time in/out, and coordinate with management and purchasing to meet schedules and quality standards.
You will ensure QC processes, document injuries, and collaborate with the project manager to implement ECO changes while maintaining safety and teamwork in a community-focused environment.
