Printer Helper
The Printer Helper is responsible for folding, counting, and packaging finished products in the fabric department. You will follow specific work orders detailing the number of table overs, color, and packaging instructions. A key aspect of the role is to visually inspect all products to ensure consistency and quality. This job involves packaging and lifting items up to 30 lbs and requires standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities- Fold, count, and package finished products as per work orders.
- Visually inspect products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Follow specific packaging instructions for stacking products in boxes.
- Lift and package items up to 30 lbs.
- Experience in packaging and production environments.
- Ability to perform visual inspections.
- General labor skills.
- Proficiency in machine operation.
- Simple math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a fast-paced production setting with the smell of ink in the air. Certain areas may be louder due to running machines, providing an energetic and engaging atmosphere.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEW ULM, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
