Role
Material Operator supporting manufacturing operations at New Ulm, MN, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality production processes.
Responsibilitiesoperate powered industrial vehicles, transport materials, set up and supply production lines, perform quality audits, and collaborate with teams to optimize workflow; follow safety protocols and use computer systems for documentation.
Qualificationshigh school diploma or GED, valid Class D driver’s license, ability to operate forklifts and PIV equipment, and work 8-12 hour shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays; capable of lifting heavy materials and following SOPs.
Preferredmanufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and post-secondary training.
High-Valuerole involves logistics and material management in a biopharma or manufacturing setting, with safety and operational compliance in a climate-controlled environment.
Work setupon-site at New Ulm; no travel or relocation assistance; shift options include fixed midnight, afternoon, or rotating day/evening schedules.
