Contract LTC Charge Nurse
Contract LTC Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) provides nursing care during night shifts in a long-term care setting, ensuring resident health and documentation compliance. The role supports a team of LPNs and nursing assistants while maintaining a safe environment. It offers 13-week assignments with competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts.
- Monitor resident health status and respond to changes.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants to deliver excellent resident care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in Minnesota
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar setting
- Knowledge of EMR systems
- Ability to work nights from 10 p.m. to 6:45 a.m.
- Physical stamina to lift and move residents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in night shifts
- Premium pay 13% above market average, weekly direct deposit, next-day pay coming soon
