Overview
Established in 1998, Prairie Senior Cottages provides Assisted Living Specialized Dementia Services for no more than 20 individuals in our residential setting.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an RN/Case Manager following a 9‑year service retiree. The role requires full‑time (30+ hours) work during the day with flexible scheduling. The RN/Case Manager will provide medical direction and be on call as needed.
Qualifications- Licensed RN in the state of Minnesota.
- Assisted Living experience a plus but not necessary.
