ASAP M-F 8-4:30pm FTE Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider position. Open to Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) Outpatient-focused oncology practice with inpatient collaboration as needed Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies Work closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services Epic EMR for coordinated, connected care Work Details:

Opportunity to practice full-spectrum medical oncology and hematology in a setting that values continuity of care and relationships. Multidisciplinary care team onsite and via telehealth, including:
Oncology Nurse Navigator Oncology Clinic RNs and LPNs Infusion nursing team Oncology Research nurse Radiology department onsite. PETs (including PSMA PETs), MRI, & CT all available on site. Laboratory dept onsite. Dedicated Oncology Social worker, dietitian, mental health support, financial navigator access Oncology Provider Coordinator support
-support scheduling Cancer rehabilitation and survivorship services Palliative care and genetic counseling (telehealth supported) Oncology/Infusion Department Nurse Manager Prior Authorization – centralized and supported by Allina What We Treat Broad outpatient oncology and hematology population Solid tumor cancers Hematologic conditions requiring active management Patients receiving:
Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Oncology supportive therapies Access to clinical trials through MMCORC and NCI-supported research programs when eligible – AHCI New Ulm has a dedicated research nurse Practice Environment Outpatient-focused practice with strong nursing and operational support Clinic dept (attached to Infusion dept) Dedicated clinic staff: RN Oncology Nurse Navigator, Clinic RNs, LPNs/CMAs, and access to oncology provider coordinator 5 Clinic exam rooms.

Infusion center includes:
Open infusion chairs and private treatment rooms (9 chairs, 2 private infusion tx rooms, 2 fast track triage rooms. Infusion team structured to support:
