Position: Truck Driver CDL A Home Daily

Position Description

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in New Ulm, MN — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

Pay: $1,116 – $1,562 per week depending on schedule. Other compensation includes hourly pay of $31.00 for PM shift, a $3,000 loyalty bonus ($1,500 at 6 months, $1,500 at 1 year).

Schedule:

4‑day week then 3‑day week with start time 6:00 pm – 6:00 am.

Route:
Local Home Daily – Yard. No freight, No Touch – Yard work. Tanker endorsement required within 30‑60 days of hire. Backing experience required.

Requirements
  • Minimum age 21 years.
  • Pass a Ryder drug test.
  • Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check incl. drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for last 3 years.
  • Pass a DOT physical.
  • Pass a Ryder road test.
  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
  • Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months within the past 3 years OR 2 years within the last 5 years OR 5 years within the last 10 years.
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws and regulations.
  • Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading if required by customer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
