Passenger Shuttle Driver

August Schell Brewing Company is a family-owned and operated brewery in New Ulm, Minnesota. Schells is seeking a Seasonal part-time Passenger Shuttle Driver to transport visitors to and from off-site parking to the Brewery. Must be safety conscious and friendly, welcoming our guests to the Brewery.

• Transporting the individual to and from the main brewery and parking off-site
• Obey traffic laws, safety procedures, and transit regulations.
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations.
• Drive safely along designated routes
• Assist passengers with disabilities to get on the bus
• Perform basic safety and maintenance checks, such as bus tires, lights and oil when needed.
• Provide historical information regarding the company to passengers on the bus. Maintain a positive and inviting demeanor with passengers.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid Class B License
• Clean Driving Record
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.

• Performance duties of this job include regularly being required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk, hear, and smell.
• Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and climb.
