This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in financial operations, ensuring the efficient management of client accounts and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable portfolio for designated client accounts.
- Accurately process and post cash receipts and transactions in a timely manner.
- Maintain daily cash tracking and prepare comprehensive cash reports.
- Investigate and resolve client account discrepancies, deductions, and chargebacks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address high-risk or problematic accounts.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses related to accounts receivable metrics.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and external contacts.
- Utilize client and vendor platforms for effective account management.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support the finance team.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and general record-keeping systems.
- Experience in a law firm setting is highly preferred, but not required.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
