Responsibilities:
• Support billing, adjustments, and account maintenance for residential and commercial portfolios
• Respond to account inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, solution-oriented manner
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and escalations
• Partner with internal teams on lease-related and account matters
• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple systems
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Hands-on Yardi experience required
• Exposure to residential portfolios; some commercial experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
