Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support the corporate finance team and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting and accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive accounting professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:

· Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries, managing prepaids and accruals, and maintaining complete audit documentation.

· Perform daily bank reconciliations, review credit card transactions, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and verify the accuracy of financial records and account activity.

· Partner with operations teams to review general ledger coding, maintain organized accounting documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

· Assist with quarterly and annual external CPA reviews while supporting ongoing financial reporting and accounting department initiatives.

· Supervise assigned accounting staff and provide additional support on special projects and other duties as directed by senior leadership.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

· 3+ years of experience, preferably with a background in Hospitality

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
