Plant Controller

Key Responsibilities for the Plant Controller:
- Oversee plant financials including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage inventory valuation, reconciliations, and cost controls
- Develop and maintain product costing models
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
- Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights and analysis
- Support audits and ongoing process improvements
Qualifications for the Plant Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–6 years of manufacturing finance experience
- Strong background in cost accounting and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (AS400 preferred) and advanced Excel
- Proven experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
