Billing Manager

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 base salary (potential flexibility for exceptional candidates) + bonus eligibility

Key Responsibilities for the Billing Manager:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five billing professionals

• Oversee the end-to-end billing process, including invoice preparation, review, distribution, and compliance

• Manage accounts receivable activities, aging analysis, collections strategies, and write-off processes

• Support month-end close through reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting activities

• Collaborate with business leaders across multiple divisions to resolve billing and payment issues

• Drive operational improvements, system enhancements, and process efficiencies within billing and AR functions

Qualifications for the Billing Manager:

• 3+ years of billing and accounts receivable experience

• Prior leadership experience managing billing teams or functions

• Experience with in sports, entertainment, agency, media, or similar industries preferred

• Trust accounting experience strongly preferred

• Experience with ERP systems, billing platforms, and process improvement initiatives
