Processing Associate Temp

Our client is seeking a skilled Processing Associate to assist in their New York City office.

• Pay $23/hour
• Contracted assignment until the end of January 2026, possibly longer
• Monday - Thursday 9:00AM-5:30PM, Friday 9:00AM-2:00PM
• Hybrid Schedule, Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday in-office.

Responsibilities:

• Process batches by entering information into computer system.
• Enter transactions for new and existing donors/members.
• Entering, updating, and maintaining donor/member records.
• Transaction research and correction

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year data entry
• Some Salesforce or CRM experience
• Any experience with data loading tools like Data loader.io or Talend is a plus
• Experience with Excel
