Position: Facilities Coordinator - New York Logistics

* About the Role:

* As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.

+ Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders.

+ Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status.

+ File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.

+ Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.

+ Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.

+ Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

** What You'll Need:*
* + 3+ years' experience     working in a fast-paced multi-facility environment, with a focus on     providing the best possible service to a fast-paced group

+ Facilities operations      background experience - a significant portion of which should demonstrate      success in one or more of the following areas: facilities management,      systems operations, corporate administrative services, and/or hospitality      management.

+ Demonstrated ability to     plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain     high levels of efficiency

+ Strong analytical and      problem-solving abilities

+ Highly skilled in oral     & written communication and customer service & satisfaction

+ Strong and effective      written and verbal interpersonal skills with the ability to understand      data and the importance of tailoring the message to the audience

+ The ability to      communicate effectively and provide direction to contractors and vendors      performing services for the company

+ Have a sense of urgency     and notify stakeholders whilst producing high quality output

+ Proactive, make things      happen, have phenomenal attention to detail and relentlessly follow-up

+ Manages time      efficiently with demonstrated ability to multi-task

+ Solid overall technology     familiarity and exposure

+ Proficient in Word,      Excel, email, and calendar management. Proficient with Mac and other      iWork applications
