Executive Assistant
Location:
New York City Office (4 days/week on-site required) Compensation: $90-$120k

The Executive Assistant is the strategic backbone supporting our Executive Committee. You'll keep our most senior leaders organized, prepared, and operating smoothly managing complex schedules, coordinating business-critical travel, and delivering precise reporting to ensure our executives can focus on what matters most. This role is essential to our operational excellence and executive success.
In This Role, You Will:
Provide high‑level administrative support to the EC, including the CEO, COO, CFO, CBDO, and CPO.
Manage highly complex, dynamic calendars with speed, accuracy, and impeccable attention to detail.
Schedule internal and external meetings, coordinating seamlessly across time zones and stakeholder groups.
Coordinate end‑to‑end domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and last‑minute changes (because they will happen).
Prepare executive briefing materials, agendas, and documents for meetings and presentations.
Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and performance reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Anticipate the needs of executives-solving problems before they even know they exist.
Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external partners.
Coordinate expense reporting, invoice processing, and tracking of budget-related items.
Organize executive team events, off-sites, and department meetings.
Support onboarding-related tasks for executive-level new hires as needed.
Maintain a polished, organized, and efficient office environment.
Ensure proactive communication, follow‑through, and timely updates for all executive requests.
Complete additional tasks assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.
Qualifications/Criteria:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C‑suite or EC preferred).
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex calendars across multiple executives.
Strong experience with booking domestic and international travel-including multi-stop itineraries.
Exceptional communication skills-written and verbal-and comfort interacting with all levels of the organization.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong analytical skills with experience creating and maintaining executive reporting.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.
Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset.
Positive, professional demeanor with a team-first approach.
Ability to be in the NYC office 4 days per week (required).
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to creating a supportive environment for the executive team.
Authorized to work in the United States.
