Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in New York, New York. This role involves providing comprehensive support in a small office environment, ensuring smooth operations and attentive interactions with visitors and colleagues. As a Long-term Contract position, this opportunity offers potential for growth and stability for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are checked in and escorted to the appropriate area.

- Manage scheduling and calendar tasks, including assisting with the executive's appointments.

- Organize and maintain office supplies, including stocking and tidying the pantry.

- Handle weekly snack deliveries by restocking items from the lobby to the office pantry.

- Provide support for office projects and administrative tasks as needed.

- Create and update Excel spreadsheets to support various office needs.

- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts to ensure seamless operations.

- Utilize email tools like Gmail to manage correspondence promptly.

- Assist with onboarding and preparation for investor visits, ensuring the office is ready for successful engagements. Requirements - Proficiency in Gmail for email management and communication.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet creation and updates.

- Familiarity with Slack is a plus but not mandatory.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with visitors and team members professionally.

- Portuguese language skills are highly desirable, as the company has Brazilian ties.

- Previous experience in administrative support or receptionist roles is preferred. Talent Match®
