Executive Assistant's Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a high volume of CEO communications including email, calendar, and meeting coordination
- Act as a gatekeeper and prioritization partner, ensuring the CEO's time is used effectively
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, conferences, and related logistics
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups as needed
- Communicate on behalf of the CEO with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
- At least 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably in a tech or startup environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly polished, professional, and presentable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
