JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a great opportunity for a highly organized and proactive Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to a senior leader within the Ad Sales organization. This is a temporary assignment ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive

* Manage heavy and complex calendar scheduling

* Coordinate domestic and/or international travel arrangements

* Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner

* Draft, edit, and update PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets

* Anticipate and prepare the executive's daily meeting schedule and priorities

* Schedule internal and external meetings, conference calls, and virtual meetings

* Serve as a point of contact and respond to inquiries on behalf of the executive, as appropriate

* Assist with project coordination and special assignments

* Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

* 1+ year of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

* Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with executives, assistants, and internal and external stakeholders

* Professional demeanor with a polished and poised presence

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER

* Bachelor's degree

* Strong analytical skills

* Interest in ad sales or the business side of the media industry

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $ per hour.
