Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our consultancy team in New York, New York. In this contract to Permanent role, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions necessary to keep the office running smoothly. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the procurement and replenishment of office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.

- Manage the office calendar, coordinating schedules and appointments to optimize efficiency. (High Volume)

- Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls professionally.

- Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including checks and other important documents.

- Perform bank deposits and ensure timely delivery of financial documentation.

- Maintain a clean and functional office environment by restocking supplies as needed.

- Coordinate delivery of mail and packages to appropriate recipients within the office.

- Support administrative tasks to assist with the smooth operation of daily activities.

Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.

- Proficiency in managing office supplies and inventory processes.

- Strong skills in calendar management and appointment scheduling.

- Experience handling receptionist duties and providing excellent customer service.

- Ability to organize and distribute mail, including checks and sensitive documents.

- Knowledge of banking procedures, including deposits.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
