Position: FACILITIES ASSOCIATE JO-2511-565152
We are seeking a service-driven Facilities Associate to support a fast-paced, client-focused corporate environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a polished workplace, delivers 5-star customer service, and enjoys being hands-on, highly visible, and actively supporting day-to-day facility operations.
  • Position: Facility Associate
  • Location: New York, NY 10055
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 am-5 pm
  • Payrate: $22.50
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, reset, and maintain conference rooms daily to ensure a professional, guest-ready experience.
  • Perform routine facilities support, including workspace upkeep, basic troubleshooting, and responding to service requests.
  • Support office moves, furniture setups, and space reconfigurations; must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Conduct walkthroughs and inspections to ensure offices, common areas, and meeting spaces remain clean, organized, and operational.
  • Coordinate with the Facilities team and external vendors to address maintenance and repair needs.
  • Deliver mail and packages across 15 floors accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a client-facing ambassador, providing exceptional service to employees and visitors.
  • Act as backup support to Floor Hosts on all floors, assisting with front-of-house coverage and client needs
  • Proactively identify facility-related issues and escalate as needed to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Uphold Forrest Solutions' commitment to 5-star, hospitality-driven service at all times.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities, office services, hospitality, or a corporate environment
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable with a positive, service-focused attitude
  • Client-service driven with a polished, professional presence.
