Responsibilities:
- Perform daily inspections of office spaces to confirm cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and support logistics for events, meetings, and conference facilities as required.
- Assist with reception and guest services, including mail handling, courier arrangements, and maintaining office supplies.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, manage building access passes, and liaise with landlords to address property-related concerns.
- Contribute to safety and security efforts by adhering to established protocols and supporting emergency preparedness.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track and report maintenance activities.
- Monitor conference room setups and ensure all technical and logistical requirements are met.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve facilities-related challenges efficiently.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering consistent, high-quality service while working independently. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CMMS and other relevant tools for tracking maintenance and operations.
- Strong technical understanding of basic property systems and equipment.
- Proficiency in using IT platforms and software to support operational tasks.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing tasks effectively without direct supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and resourceful in high-pressure situations.
