Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to support daily office operations and workspace management. This role combines physical facilities support with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Office Support
  • Set up, break down, and reconfigure conference rooms, tables, chairs, and other furniture
  • Assist with office moves, including deconstructing current office spaces and resetting workstations in new locations
  • Set up new hire workstations and office equipment
  • Hang pictures and other wall-mounted items as needed
  • Replace light bulbs and address minor maintenance needs
  • Move furniture and other office items as required
Work Order & Administrative Support
  • Manage facilities work orders and service tickets
  • Assign tickets to appropriate vendors or internal contacts
  • Track and follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Report in-house facilities issues to leadership
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
  • Previous facilities, office services, or related experience preferred
  • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
  • Comfortable performing physical tasks and standing for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and move furniture as needed
Work Environment

This is a hands-on role requiring both physical activity and administrative coordination. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, and move furniture for extended periods throughout the day.
