Role Overview
Global Citizen is seeking a Paralegal / Project Manager to support the Legal & Business Affairs team and drive operational excellence across business functions. This role combines legal support, contract administration, and cross-functional project management.
Key Responsibilities
Legal & Contract Management - 40%
- Support drafting, review, and execution of contracts.
- Maintain and reconcile all contract records in CLM.
- Track outstanding agreements across departments.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare summaries and templates.
- Coordinate with external partners to streamline documentation.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for organizational and project insurance coverage, including managing insurance applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission
- Support and coordinate the vendor management process for events, liaising with the Finance and Production teams to ensure timely collection of all required legal paperwork and compliance documentation
- Lead cross-departmental project coordination.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and deliverables.
- Track progress and performance against department goals.
- Support post-event debriefs and documentation.
- Identify process improvements to strengthen efficiency.
- Create and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and playbooks.
- Build templates and workflows for standardized practices.
- Support the implementation of CLM and PM tools.
- Liaise across internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Coordinate legal support outreach.
- Manage team schedules and coordinate meetings.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree; paralegal certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in legal or corporate setting.
- Experience with contract management systems and project management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-starter with excellent follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented.

More Details
- Must be authorized for employment in the United States
- Global Citizen operates on a hybrid work model - 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in our NYC office and 2 days (Monday & Friday) telecommuting.
