Studio Description

INC Architecture & Design is a multi-disciplinary Architecture and Design studio, with experience in a wide range of project types located in the SoHo District of New York City. Having executed high-rise residential buildings, hotels, restaurants, galleries, retail stores, private residences, and private residential interiors, the studio specializes in the integration of architecture and interior design.

This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a college student or recent graduate to gain valuable experience in a dynamic professional environment.

Job Title:

Accounts Payable Clerk

Location:

SoHo, New York

Hours:

16 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Processing:

Accurately enter invoices and expenses into the company's ERP system/ BQE CORE preferred but not required
Verify coding, approvals, and proper documentation for all transactions.

Receipt Management:

Organize and maintain digital records of receipts and invoices.
Save receipts into appropriate folders for easy access and retrieval.

Administrative Support:

Assist with calendar management by updating calendar entries into ERP for two partners.
Other ad hoc projects and infrequent assistance with events in the office as requested.

Financial Analysis:
Assist in data entry and preparation for finance meetings, conducting basic financial analysis and reporting as directed by the CFO.

Communication and

Collaboration:

Coordinate with staff members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.
Communicate with two partners to assure their time entries are correctly transferred from their calendars into the ERP.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
