Job Description
Role Summary
The Internal Audit Division is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to provide high level administrative support to senior leaders and their teams based in New York.
Key Responsibilities
" Provide administrative support to senior executives (approximately 7 Managing Directors) and their teams
" Maintain executive calendars; schedule meetings and conference calls; proactively manage conflicts
" Coordinate conference room logistics including catering and A/V
" Arrange domestic and international travel; manage travel profiles and approvals
" Manage expense reporting in accordance with Firm and Internal Audit policy
" Prepare and organize meeting and presentation materials
Qualifications
" Prior experience supporting senior executives
" Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience with travel coordination and expense management
" Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
