We provide equity investment management services for institutional investors, leading corporate, public and individual clients on a world-wide basis by way of separate accounts, sub-advised mutual funds, and other commingled vehicles since our firm founding in 1995.
Our team of over 165 employees is mostly based in our headquarters in Manhattan and we have additional offices in London, Dublin and Melbourne. We are a growing company, in the size of our team, our locations, and our assets under management. We seek partners, not just employees, at every level in the firm and are looking for an exceptional new team member to grow with us.
At Pzena, we invest in your career and have a strong track record of internal mobility.
Role Overview

The role requires someone who thrives in complexity, exercises sound judgment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can confidently manage competing priorities, different styles, and sensitive financial matters. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will bring judgment, precision, discretion, and continuity to the day-to-day execution of complex professional matters.

* Maintain close alignment with stakeholders to anticipate upcoming priorities, responsibilities, and commitments
* Own complex scheduling; proactively manage communications, anticipate conflicts, and align priorities
* Serve as a primary point of contact by managing inbound communications, responding to internal and external inquiries, routing calls appropriately, and capturing detailed messages
* Coordinate the administration of investment documentation related to opening, closing, or modifying investments
* Coordinate complex commercial and private travel arrangements and itineraries for business and related travel, including air travel, accommodations, meals, and transportation
* Manage and integrate calendars across professional, personal, and philanthropic commitments; coordinate closely with key stakeholders
* Plan special events, manage projects, and execute time-sensitive or high-priority purchases
* Oversee administrative activities including mail management, outbound mailings, and routing incoming calls and emails
* Coordinate financial, legal, tax, and other sensitive documents and filings
* Manage executive expenses; compile and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
* Manage personal bank accounts, account transfers, tax documentation, and mailings for quarterly filings; liaise extensively with accountants
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact records
* Manage insurance policies and claims submissions for two executives
Ideal Candidate Profile
A successful candidate will be an exceptional, highly trusted professional with:
* 3+ years in an administrative capacity, senior executive assistant, or comparable role
* Demonstrates exceptional emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a relentless work ethic, with the ability to anticipate needs, navigate sensitive dynamics, and execute flawlessly in a high-performance environment
* Exhibits flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, stepping in wherever needed to ensure seamless support
* Leads with humility and a service orientation, approaching every responsibility-large or small-with a proactive, can-do spirit and unwavering commitment to success
* Brings sharp intellect and thoughtfulness, readily stretches into new and unfamiliar assignments, and demonstrates resourcefulness and ownership to drive outcomes and get things done
* Thrives in ambiguity, driven by a deep sense of purpose and personal standards of excellence, and takes pride in bringing clarity, precision, and thoughtful execution to complex and evolving priorities
* Proven experience supporting Chairman, Vice Chairman, or C-suite-level leaders in complex environments
