Responsibilities:
- Collect, maintain, and update program and case data to meet internal standards and grant requirements.
- Monitor shared communication channels and manage intake queues efficiently.
- Conduct initial interviews with prospective clients and referring organizations across multiple communication methods.
- Gather and assess essential information to determine eligibility for further review.
- Provide clear instructions to clients regarding next steps, documentation, and timelines.
- Enter and track intake information, deadlines, and follow-up actions in case management systems.
- Identify urgent matters for supervisory attention while upholding all confidentiality requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of 4+ years of education and/or work experience.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Office tools.
- Prior administrative experience and strong organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of immigration processes or application forms strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication, judgment, and data accuracy skills.
