We are a private, membership-based social and athletic club dedicated to exceptional hospitality, elevated experiences, and a strong sense of community. Our club offers high-quality programming, boutique athletic facilities, and thoughtfully curated social events.

We are looking for a friendly, member focused receptionist for our front desk! The Receptionist is responsible for handling the flow of people through business and providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for welcoming members with a warm and sincere greeting
  • Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high member satisfaction
  • Answers phone call in a professional and courteous manner
  • Transfers phone calls or take written messages when needed personnel not available
  • Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS, etc)
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • Shares cashier responsibilities and processes as required
  • Follows company safety procedures and policies
Job Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Athletic/Fitness/Social Clubs preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrates ability to work with diverse people groups
  • Previous Front Desk experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and management
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to establish rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Demonstrate sufficient computer literacy
  • Possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards

Pay:

Starting at $23 per hour

Schedule:
  • 30 hours per week
  • Open availability (days and nights) - Including weekend hours
  • Morning shift - 10am-4/5pm Evening shift - 3/4pm-10pm
