Your Role
We are looking for someone that is passionate about ethics & compliance and creating a better VS&Co associate experience and culture. The Manager, Ethics & Compliance is a leadership position within the VS&Co Ethics & Compliance team and will assist in leading and executing the creative and marketing compliance program. The position requires previous experience with compliance activities and/or corporate intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster relationships with a vast array of business partners while upholding our strong ethical values.
This position reports directly to the Director of Ethics & Compliance.
This is a full-time position based in New York. Travel is required to support on-location photo shoots.

Your Impact
* Partner with Brand Creative, Marketing, & Design teams to execute model engagement and photo shoot compliance program components
* Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Develop and deliver training and awareness activities for key stakeholders and external third parties
* Provide guidance to associates seeking help with questions related to ethics & compliance policies, misconduct or the Code of Ethics
* Discover ways to incorporate ethics and compliance protocols within existing business processes while maintaining efficiencies
* Manage photo shoot calendars and the scheduling of compliance personnel
* Manage and escalate potentially sensitive compliance or ethical concerns/issues (as needed)
* Develop, foster, and maintain relationships with business partners and third parties
* Develop and implement process improvements to create efficiencies
* Support ad hoc requests of data analytics and presentations for leadership
* Act as a trusted advisor and compliance partner to other associates and third parties

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Your Experience
* Minimum of 8 years compliance, auditing, or related experience
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field preferred
* Public accounting or auditing experience a plus
* MBA or advanced degree preferred
* Professional certification such as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Strong PC skills and proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflict fairly and consistently
* Ability to maintain integrity and neutrality while handling sensitive interpersonal issues
* Communicates in a highly effective and professional manner (verbal and written) with the ability to influence business decisions
* Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional partners and third parties
* Ability to execute tasks in a thorough, composed, accurate and timely fashion while managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail coupled with analytical, auditing and project management skills
* Experience leading and managing direct reports
* Self-motivated, self-starting, and a creative thinker
* Conducts all work in an ethical, honest, professional, and confidential manner
* Ability to travel domestically as needed with potential for international travel
* Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
