Position: MBA Sales Intern (Summer 2026)

THE WORK

As a Ripple intern, you will work on challenges that impact our mission and shape our company. With support from your team, access to learning and development resources, and opportunities for fun along the way, our program will give you the foundation to start your career journey.

The Sales intern will support the Ripple Payments and Ripple Custody Sales teams to build a robust pool of potential customers this summer. They will play a crucial role at the company, qualifying leads to identify viable sales opportunities for our sales pipeline.

They will be responsible for developing strategy, sourcing and securing strategic relationships with crypto friendly payment companies, Fin Tech, banks to deliver Ripple's vision, launch new products/verticals and drive network outcome.

We take an inclusive approach to the market and expect to partner with all types of financial institutions, including financial technology (Fin Tech) companies. Your responsibility will be to map this market, prioritize prospects, and source partnerships. You will play a crucial role at the company, qualifying leads to identify viable sales opportunities for our sales pipeline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Conduct industry and market research to identify key market opportunities and optimize the team's sales effort

* Source prospective Ripple partners including payment and Fin Tech companies, financial institutions and digital asset infrastructure players, and tech companies

* Support the sourcing of new deals by searching for opportunities on major platforms, databases, attending conferences, meetups, among others

* Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams; collaborate with compliance, legal, and finance to ensure efficient and compliant strategy execution

* Spot opportunities through structured qualitative customer feedback, quantitative analyses, and competitive analyses

* Be the "voice of the market" through industry research, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

* Currently enrolled in a business degree program with a graduation date of 2027.

* Available to work for 12 weeks during Summer 2026, beginning in May or June.

* Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship.

* Ideal candidates are creative problem solvers, strong communicators, and action-oriented leaders who influence cross-functionally and leverage data insights to execute swiftly.

* Passion for Fin Tech, blockchain and emerging technologies.

* Experience in consulting, business development, product marketing, strategic partnerships or web

* Experience conducting research and presenting thoughtful analysis with clear recommendations.

* Works effectively with team members, takes on responsibility, and work independently

* Experience working within a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
