Essential Functions and Primary Duties

* Resolve a full range of internal and external requests

* Assist with the coordination of various processes and programs as they relate to customer needs

* May have administrator duties, or oversight responsibilities on applicable systems

* Prepare responses to customer complaints under supervision by more senior management

* Work on data collection, fact-finding and research

* May have responsibility to conduct and/or coordinate training of others

* May have responsibility for compliance and administration of applicable corporate policies, local policies and federal and state regulations

* May be responsible for documentation

* Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in human resources at a professional services firm

Minimum Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor's degree preferred

* 2-3 years experience in workforce in a responsible position

* Must maintain licenses and/or certifications relative to area of responsibility

* Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally

* Proficient use of applicable technology

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
