YOUR INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE As an intern, you will be fully immersed in Richemont's vibrant organization and unique culture, engaging in a wide array of activities across our prestigious Maisons. You will play a vital role, assisting your dedicated team in executing brand or functional strategies, and contributing to key initiatives and projects that drive development and understanding in areas such as sales, culture, analytics, and service.

INTERNSHIP TITLE Intern, Retail Expertise

ROLE OVERVIEW The Intern, Retail Expertise will provide essential support to the Retail Training department, assisting in the development, delivery, and evaluation of engaging learning experiences for Van Cleef & Arpels boutique teams across the Americas.

This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury retail within a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assist in the maintenance, update, and evolution of Retail Expertise training content and frameworks, ensuring alignment with Maison values, business priorities, and client experience objectives.

* Support the team in gathering feedback from Regional Trainers and collaborating with HQ and cross-functional partners to inform and develop relevant and innovative training materials.

* Help prepare materials, logistics, and resources for core client experience programs, specialized training moments, and marketing initiatives.

* Provide support for key training projects and activations, ensuring alignment with Maison objectives.

YOUR PROFILE

* Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, pursuing a degree

* Technologically proficient with strong computer skills, including [Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva].

* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

* An innovative and proactive thinker, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* A collaborative team player, eager to contribute, empower others, and achieve collective success.

* Highly energetic and enthusiastic about supporting diverse projects and initiatives.

* Available to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the entire duration of our Summer Internship Program from June 1st to August 7th.

* Legally authorized to work in the United States.
