Operations Specialist

Description We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team in New York, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in driving organizational efficiency, managing key operational processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, enhance operational strategies, and ensure compliance across all business activities.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership to implement company strategies and priorities, ensuring seamless execution.

- Drive special projects across the organization to address evolving business needs and challenges.

- Streamline operational processes by developing and enforcing policies, procedures, and workflow documentation.

- Oversee payroll, benefits, and contractor administration, working closely with HR and external partners.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, including legal counsel, accountants, and IT providers, to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

- Identify risks within the organization and implement mitigation strategies while maintaining a risk register.

- Optimize business systems and software platforms to enhance functionality and efficiency.

- Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards across all operational activities. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or a related field.

- Proficiency in tools such as Hub Spot, One Drive, , and FedRAMP.

- Strong expertise in HR strategies and operational oversight.

- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee compliance efforts.

- Experience with risk management and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining documentation and workflows.

- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve processes.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners. Talent Match®
