About Care Scout

Join us on a mission to simplify and dignify the aging experience. We are the children, siblings, neighbors, and friends of those navigating the fragmented and confusing system of long-term care. Our team is ferociously curious and relentless in our pursuit of a better system – and we are deeply committed to a sense of belonging for all, in all phases of life.

We’re creating a new experience for care seekers and their families, bringing together long-term care options, non-healthcare resources, education, and human support into one place. We work hard, we have fun, we care about each other, and we share the mission. If this sounds like a place where you could thrive, join us!

Care Scout is a wholly owned subsidiary of Genworth Financial, Inc, a Fortune 500 provider of products, services and solutions that help families address the financial challenges of aging.

  • Collaborate with peers in CX to embed voice of the customer and customer insights into every aspect of our strategy from product to distribution to service
  • Assess CLTV and segment economics to guide prioritization and identify levers to improve outcomes and long-term value
  • Evaluate and prioritize segments by assessing value, strategic fit, and scalability of reach, ensuring Care Scout focuses where we can drive the most top-of-the-funnel growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Distribution, and Operations to adjust and align strategy with execution
  • Develop executive-ready materials to communicate insights, priorities, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Monitor performance and impact of client strategies, using data and feedback loops to refine approach
  • Support special strategic projects as priorities evolve, bringing structure and problem-solving to new opportunities

What you bring

  • Strong analytical skills and quantitative foundation, with ability to use data and structured analysis to break down complex problems and drive recommendations
  • Proven ability to translate insights into strategy, building frameworks, recommendations, and action plans to drive impact
