Role Description

We work in the personal development field, connecting with individuals who are ready for meaningful change and aligned growth. This performance-based role allows you to work remotely while helping others expand through premium courses and immersive live events.

We are seeking experienced education and learning professionals who are interested in transitioning into a remote, performance-based role within the leadership and mindset education industry.

This is suited to individuals with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills who are seeking greater flexibility and autonomy beyond traditional classroom or institutional environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with professionals seeking clarity, confidence, and personal growth.
• Participate in the digital marketing and distribution of online leadership and mindset education programs using approved platforms.
• Implement a structured 3-step operational system using a laptop and smartphone.
• Commit a minimum of 3 hours per day, 5 days per week to business operations and contract responsibilities.
• Attend and actively engage in at least three weekly global Zoom-based training and operational sessions.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship by modeling best practices and consistent implementation.
• Manage your work schedule independently within agreed performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Background in Learning&Education and demonstrated experience in developing and delivering learning programs is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in roles requiring organization, leadership, or coordination (e.g., Educator, Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Team Lead, Operations etc., or Administrative roles)
• Demonstrated interest in leadership development, personal growth, or mindset education.
• Self-directed individuals who take initiative and ownership.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• People open to learning new systems and AI tools that support workflow.
• Access to a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection.
