Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic Team. As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing Regulatory Capital Calculation applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and product owners to gather and document business requirements for financial products and applications.
• Analyze data and customer needs to inform and support product development initiatives.
• Develop and propose solutions, creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and user stories.
• Communicate effectively and manage expectations with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, QA engineers, and business leaders.
• Validate requirements through prototyping, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and feedback sessions.
• Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Participate in testing, identify defects, and collaborate on resolutions to ensure quality deliverables.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of requirements, design documents, and project artifacts.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and facilitate the implementation of improvements.

• 10-15 years of experience in business analysis, financial products, or application development, with a focus on credit risk.
• Strong understanding of Credit Risk, Counter party Credit Risk, Regulatory Capital calculations (CEM and SA-CCR), Basel III and Basel 3.1 regulations, FR Y-15 and FR Y-9C reporting, CCAR.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SQL query writing; familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Visio, and requirements management tools.
• Experience working within a global delivery model (onshore/offshore/nearshore).
• Business Analysis certifications (CCBA, CBAP) and financial certifications (CFA, FRM) are a plus.
